At Community Awareness Outreach Inc, we are proud partners of the Community Success Initiative based in the Triangle of North Carolina. Their mission is to assist in the rehabilitation of incarcerated individuals by reducing recidivism, lowering community crime rates, and rebuilding family structures. Through dedicated efforts, we assist in striving to make a positive impact on society and help individuals successfully reintegrate into their communities.
Services offered include:
- Providing access to and linking individuals to direct services in education, housing, medical attention, and employment opportunities.
- Teaching advocacy to stakeholders and raising awareness about the challenges of reentry to the legislative community across the state of North Carolina.
- Offering mentorship programs to support individuals in their transition back into society.
- Conducting workshops to equip individuals with the necessary skills and resources for a successful reintegration process.
